The San Bernardino Symphony ends the year with its ever popular musical celebration of the Holiday season featuring a stellar selection of vocal soloists. Each December we celebrate the holidays with music both contemplative and joyful, leaving audiences with a song in their heart and the warmth of the season. Our upcoming Holiday Pops concerts include the orchestra and VSO’s 80-voice chorus leading three sing-a-longs and performing much-loved music by John Rutter, LeRoy Anderson, and George Frederic Handel. A new-to-VSO composition by Quinn Mason, Spanish-influenced holiday music, and traditional carols round out this traditional family-favorite event. José Daniel Flores-Caraballo conducts.

Celebrate the holiday season with the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra's "Christmas Brass" event, a spectacular showcase of holiday hymns and carols performed by Northern Colorado's most talented brass section. Under the expert direction of Dr. Ken Singleton, experience the power and beauty of resounding trumpets and triumphant horns in intimate settings across Northern Colorado. This joyful event is set to take place on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 7:00 PM, and again on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 9:00 PM.

The performances will feature a rich repertoire that includes classics such as Anderson's "A Christmas Festival," Haydn's "Achieved is the Glorious Work" from The Creation, and Handel's "Joy to the World," among other beloved pieces. The concert series will visit Windsor First United Methodist Church on December 14th, Fort Morgan United Methodist Church on December 15th, and Greeley First United Methodist Church on December 16th, ensuring audiences across the region can partake in the festivities.

Dee+Shapeera are a sibling pop duo known for their vocal versatility, powerful vocals, and sharp harmonies.They grew up singing together with their family and have drawn inspiration from their Pop, R&B, Gospel, Motown, and Jazz roots. Dee+Shapeera have always been actively involved in music, tracing back to childhood, through high school and college, and even receiving formal training as a classically trained mezzo soprano and alto. They formerly sang in a group with their sisters “The Davis Sisters.” Now located in the Las Vegas area Dee+Shapeera use their musical talents to sing throughout their local community and around the country. Their wide range of vocal style and polished vocal presentation often have audiences excited for more.
