A tragedy of passion and jealousy and a roller coaster of love, lust, murder and political intrigue, it tells the story of the tempestuous opera singer Floria Tosca (Jessica Sandidge), as she fights to save her lover Cavaradossi (Todd Wilander) from the sadistic police chief Scarpia (Roberto Perlas Gomez).

It may come to a surprise but it has already been three years since the COVID-19 Pandemic first loomed over the operasphere, impacting the lives of singers everywhere. At its greatest peak and in our darkest hour, a small team at AVA first began working on what would become a tumultuous yet rewarding production of La Voix Humaine. Following the construction of a complete studio from the ground up, many health-compliant rehearsals, and months of sweat and tears, our team of artists were able to present their vision to a select audience in 2021. Two years later, we are finally ready to share the culmination of our diligent passion with the rest of the world.
