The time of the Nazis is over. Today the world is enlightened and safe. That's right, isn't it? In history class, a school class is discussing these and other questions when the Second World War is on the curriculum. The students agree that there can no longer be a dictatorship in Germany today. To prove how easily people can be seduced, manipulated and exploited, the teacher begins an experiment. The class is supposed to work together as a group through discipline and community. As #THEWELLE2024, the students delve deeper and deeper into the experiment. But then everything gets out of control.

A boy who can fly and fights for children: a great idea! 11-year-old Peter Pantoleit wants to be a hero like that. Then his father would definitely take him seriously. He works for the mean real estate company "P. Rath Immo" and throws families out of their homes to sell them as luxury apartments. Peter's girlfriend Lilly and her parents will soon be homeless too. Peter has to do something about it. But time is ticking!

The school festival comes at just the right time: Peter and his theater group want to open the eyes of adults. The school hall is suddenly transformed into the island of Neverland, which the evil Captain Hook wants to rule. But Peter Pan and the lost children do everything they can to ensure that good prevails - even outside of school!
