Since 2023, the cooperation between the mdw and the Association for International Music and Cultural Promotion (IMK) has offered conducting students and outstanding soloists from the mdw the opportunity to gain stage experience with professional orchestras. With the performance of Mozart's Requiem in the Bartók Hall in Szombathely, this project will mark the first major choral-orchestral project, featuring three conducting students, three soloists from the mdw, and the Webern Chamber Choir. A further performance will follow on October 6 at the Vienna Musikverein.
