York Minster’s Director of Music, Robert Sharpe, makes a welcome return to Huddersfield. He opens with a piece by one of his distinguished predecessors, Francis Jackson, and includes Whitlock’s wonderful Fantasie Choral No. 2. We move to France finally, with Vierne’s celebratory Carillon de Westminster.
