Faculty violinist Augustin Hadelich, who The New York Times has said is “technically dazzling,” joins the orchestra and its principal conductor for a performance of Britten’s Violin Concerto on a program that also includes a new work by Joan Tower and Berlioz’s wildly imaginative Symphonie fantastique.
