Sita Chay presents an artistic exploration of psychotherapy modality, IFS (Internal Family Systems) through her new work "When My Exile Sees Me". This project is a continuation of series called “Multidimensionally Human” which is an ongoing collaboration between Sita Chay, a contemporary performance artist and Dr. Nikolai Chapochnikov, neuroscientist and IFS practitioner. We believe that love pervades all human hearts and that when parts of us are rejected they can express themselves in a hurtful way to others. Through music, dance, and conscious exploration, we create a loving and accepting space to invite healing and acceptance of all our inner exiled parts.
