It is a beloved tradition of the Cologne Chamber Orchestra to musically welcome the New Year with the music of Johann Sebastian Bach. And what could be better suited to this than Bach's magnificent orchestral suite or the second Brandenburg Concerto, which has a festive feel thanks to its trumpet ensemble?
