Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, Little Thumbelina and the Empress of the Pagodas – composer Maurice Ravel brings our beloved fairy-tale characters to life, and does so with the power of music alone! As if the musical thinker had painted with a paint box, so luminous are the worlds of sound that we discover with flute, cello and piano. Music for children and at the same time great art for adults.
