Macbeth's guilty conscience prevents him from sleeping. In contrast to him, the large organ in the Meistersingerhalle spends most of its life sleeping - a situation that composer Stefan Johannes Hanke wants to remedy with a commissioned work for the Nuremberg State Philharmonic.
