Karlheinz Stockhausen established his world fame as a futuristic musician and political utopian with visionary electronic compositions. Wolfgang Rihm preferred to develop his own sound language with classical instruments, which made him one of the most important voices in contemporary music. Two concerts are dedicated to their teacher-student relationship.
