Get ready for an intense and fun workout in celebration of Women’s Health Month, brought to you by Grit Fitness. The energetic instructors from GRIT Fitness will incorporate different training techniques and focus on several muscles groups for a total body burn. No class is the same, but do expect to get the best workout and have the most fun! Bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring plenty of water.
