Hailed as “dazzling and inspired” by The New York Times, Leila Josefowicz returns to the NY Phil as soloist in Szymanowski’s Second Violin Concerto. In her NY Phil debut, conductor Marta Gardolińska (“an artist to be reckoned with,” The Guardian) leads the New York Premiere of Mason Bates’s Devil’s Radio and Lutosławksi’s Concerto for Orchestra, a virtuosic showcase for the full ensemble.
