In the second concert of the NY Phil’s Bravo! Vail residency, Jakub Hrůša conducts Dvořák’s exuberant Carnival Overture and Bartók’s virtuosic Concerto for Orchestra. Sol Gabetta, described by the Chicago Sun-Times as “nothing short of superb,” reunites with the NY Phil for Elgar’s Cello Concerto.
