Nikolaj Szeps-Znaider does double duty as soloist and conductor in Bruch’s First Violin Concerto, one of the most cherished works in the concerto repertoire. Szeps-Znaider also conducts Richard Strauss’s mischievous Till Eulenspiegel’s Merry Pranks and one of the 19th century’s towering musical achievements, Elgar’s Enigma Variations.
