Join us in welcoming the arrival of spring with a festive evening conducted by Gustavo Dudamel and featuring acclaimed pianist Evgeny Kissin in his first NY Phil appearance in ten years. Rimsky-Korsakov’s and Scriabin’s rarely performed piano concertos offer folk inspiration and lush lyricism, respectively. Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite rounds out the program with vivid orchestral color and rhythmic vitality.
