Who doesn't know the theme song to the Christmas classic "Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella"? For over 50 years, the fairytale heroine has ridden dreamily through snowy landscapes on her white horse, St. Nicholas, delighting generations of viewers. Cinderella takes her fate into her own hands, fights for great happiness, and in doing so, shows the prince unerringly the way right from their first encounter in the forest. Headstrong and with the heart in the right place - that is what defines the film to this day. Since its first broadcast in 1973, this light-hearted film fairytale with its snowy backdrop and wintery, romantic atmosphere has been an integral part of Christmas programming.

Under the overall direction of Ewa Margareta Cyran, the Symphonic Music School begins its program with a concert titled "Little Artists on the Big Stage." The youngest students from the classes of Ruth Munzert (harp), Ewa Margareta Cyran and Jens Gottlöber (guitar), Dorothea Weser (piano), Astrid Petzold (violin), Silvia Müller (recorder), Harald Oeler (accordion), and Alexey Shestiperov (cello) will take visitors on an enchanting journey into the world of music.
