Three-time Grammy winning composer and fiddler Mark O’Connor has created several arrangements of Christmas classics. Here, he fashions a wondrous mixture of both instrumental and vocal music in bluegrass and other American music genres. The show features fresh takes on traditional songs with a few original compositions included. His renditions are playful and joyous, but can be strikingly earnest too. Mark’s touring ensemble includes his wife Maggie O’Connor on fiddle and vocals. Additionally, he will bring a variety of guest musicians on each tour.

Caitlin Canty’s songs harness the grit and spark at the heart of American music, tempered with a voice both haunting and distinct. Canty has put thousands of miles on her songs since the 2015 release of her critically acclaimed Reckless Skyline. Additionally, she has toured throughout the U.S. and Europe. She is a constant collaborator, both as a cowriter with Jamey Johnson and Peter Bradley Adams among others. Further, she appears on albums by Joy Williams and Darlingside. She has performed at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, FreshGrass, and Green Mountain Bluegrass and Roots Festival. Also, she has opened for Mary Chapin Carpenter, Josh Ritter, The Milk Carton Kids, and Gregory Alan Isakov.
