The South African conductor and choirmaster Albert Horne is the new choir director of the Deutsche Oper am Rhein. As part of the “Nabucco” premiere at Theater Duisburg, he introduces himself, talks about Verdi's famous opera chorus “Va, pensiero, sull'ali dorate” and leads the audience in a spontaneous sing-along chorus on the steps of Theater Duisburg.
