Blood of the Glacier explores the profound repercussions of climate change. In the near future, the accelerated melting of the ice caps releases toxic red algae, attracting destructive mountain tourism upstream and contaminating waterways downstream. At the heart of this chaos, a disoriented family tries to find its way back to each other, swept away by a story beyond their grasp—that of the climate and of all humanity. Between past and present, between humans and the Earth, a quest for reconciliation emerges. This intimate tale, carried by a lyrical and musical form with strong poetic resonances, becomes a collective space for reflection and dialogue.

This opera will be performed in a town square in an Opera Truck, the structure of which is made up of three modules: a stage, stands and a marquee-shaped extension with a reception area for the public.

House for Sale is a comedy as lively as a Labiche vaudeville, mixing thwarted love, shenanigans and twists.

Mrs. Dorval wants to sell her country house to give her niece Lise a dowry. But the unexpected arrival of two travelers disrupts her plans. A wild day ensues to win the house, Lise's hand in marriage, and her aunt's respect.

This production by the Concordances Orchestra, conducted by Martin Wåhlberg, is part of a project to promote musical heritage. Based in Auvergne, the organization combines creation, the rediscovery of forgotten works, and awareness-raising. It notably distinguished itself with a formidable Magic Flute in October 2023 at the Clermont-Ferrand Opera-Theater, whose CD, recorded in Pontaumur, has just been released on the Aparté label, and several critically acclaimed recordings of 18th-century French comic opera.
