1st Chamber Concert

Iridescence is an optical phenomenon in which the color of a surface changes depending on the viewing angle. Our concert program also features iridescence, ranging from chamber concerts to chamber plays: In Karlheinz Stockhausen's "The Little Harlequin" for solo clarinet from 1975, the soloist 'embodies' the eponymous Harlequin not only through music but also through dance movements. He also accompanies himself rhythmically by stamping his feet.
