The event is a new format that combines music, science, and bodywork. It is open to all interested flautists. There will be lectures on healthy music-making and typical ailments among flautists. Practical sessions are planned for all participants and include warm-up exercises, strengthening and stretching exercises, and exercises to quickly get fit before the concert.
