In an ice-cold attic in Paris, the poet Rodolfo, the painter Marcello, the philosopher Colline, and the musician Schaunard dream of fame, art, and love: poor in money, yet rich in ideals. A chance knock at the door changes everything: Mimì enters Rodolfo's life. A love ignites, full of passion and hope – but Mimì is terminally ill. It soon becomes clear that even the greatest love cannot defy life's adversities...
