Paolo Cevoli reinterprets Aeneas's journey with irony, comparing it to epic and everyday journeys, from Columbus to Little Red Riding Hood. The tale blends myth and comedy, culminating with a porchetta picnic following the sacrifice of the prophetic sow. Through the Aeneid, Cevoli celebrates Italian roots and the search for a noble identity, just as Virgil did for the Romans.
