On the occasion of the eight-hundredth anniversary of Italy's patron saint, Francis of Assisi, we are pleased to present a performance celebrating the various aspects and stories associated with this extraordinary saint. The performance is presented by one of Italy's most acclaimed musicians, Angelo Branduardi, whose music will accompany the narration of one of Italy's finest journalists, Aldo Cazzullo. This performance will be a unique opportunity to delve deeper into and understand the importance of Francis of Assisi to our nation's identity.

A captivating tale that dismantles and reassembles one of the most famous fairy tales of all time, offering everyone, young and old, a completely new perspective on the beauty of diversity, a beauty that deeply moves. On stage are only the Queen, exhausted by always having to be "the fairest of them all," and her Mirror, who, tired of always having to repeat "what everyone else does," will seek an escape. The Queen, orphaned by her reflection, must therefore find a way to regain the Mirror's trust. Antonio Viganò's text "Bianca & Neve," already performed and translated into several languages, is here reinterpreted with Eleonora Chiocchini's choreography: the Mirror and the Queen come alive in a dance of relationship, playful, sometimes quarrelsome, sometimes mysterious nuances coloring their dialogue that will become tangible. Always complicit, as only a mirror and the image it reflects can be.
