The Federal Police Orchestra Munich was founded in 1952 as the "BGS Music Corps," making it almost as old as the Federal Police itself. The chamber orchestra, in the style of classical harmony, plays in a variety of ensembles—flutes, oboes, clarinets, bassoons, horns, double bass, and percussion—in styles ranging from Viennese classical to jazz. Proceeds from this benefit concert will benefit the Cham Children's Cancer Support Group.
