To mark the 125th anniversary of Ernst Krenek's birth, the MUK Symphony Orchestra presents his concert aria "Monologue of Stella" (1928) – this time in its rarely heard orchestral version. The latter takes center stage with Mozart's elegiac Sinfonia Concertante for Violin and Viola, K. 364, and Beethoven's witty and pointed Symphony No. 8, Op. 93.
