Hannibal orders nothing but hanging. His days drag on boringly while his grandmother knits chickens, and his parents endlessly tell how healthy boys made time pass in the old days. But Hannibal doesn't think it's as much fun as when his father was a boy, so he just hangs on. It's not until the talking dog, Jerry, moves in that everyday life gets a bit of color, and the two become the best of friends in the world.
