She repeatedly disappears into the world of performances because reality too often seems overwhelming.NOTES ABOUT BLANCHEis a comic self-portrait of a person who wants to be loved. And who is prepared to lie and invent worlds to get what she misses. It is a story about how lying can become a necessity for people.
