Expensive, ugly, stupid and bad... This is the image with which Pligten Kalder takes to the stage when the gradually sober quartet once again ventures out onto the country roads of the kingdom, which bring them past the Bremen Theatre with their annual Christmas concert.

They generously share some of the suffering of still being in the world. Words as well as tones stem from the many disappointments Pligten Kalder has with them. There will be bitter tasters from the unfinished musical "Emhøtte og Ulven", and the commercially unsuccessful album "Til Afståelse" from 2024. However, it has had several plays on Spotify in Africa, including in Burkina Faso.

But what is Bond's world-saving mission? His boss, M, sends him on a dangerous mission to investigate the kidnapping of two multi-billionaires, the computer mogul, Bill Boards and Arab sheik, Mustapha BigOne.

Girls in Airports comes to Bremen Theatre with the string group Halvcirkel
For more than a decade, Girls in Airports has turned music inside out – from transcendent African rhythms and psychedelic indie surfaces to Nordic melancholy and the dream language of jazz, perfect for the late night hours.

Their distinctive sound has taken them on tour all over the world – from China and South Korea to the USA and Brazil – and made them one of the flagships of Danish jazz.

Lars Lilholt comes to Bremen Teater on February 26th
At Bremen Teater you can experience Lars Lilholt with his songs, spiced with stories and anecdotes from both his long career – and, as he himself says, his gradually long life.

The set list offers classics, but also the more unknown gems. In addition, there will be samples from the 2024 album Kosmiske Kindkys . It will not be completely solo, however, because Lars has his regular pianist Kristian Fogh with him on the tour.

Blicher Hemmer Gadd returns to Bremen Theater!
The three musicians Steve Gadd (drums), Michael Blicher (saxophone) and Dan Hemmer (hammond) have traveled the world for the past 10 years and visited countries such as Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Russia, Japan and most of Europe. Together they have released 4 albums and have received a lot of praise for their unique playing and catchy compositions.

American star guitarist Lee Ritenour comes to Bremen Theatre
American guitarist Lee Ritenour has cemented his position as a defining figure in modern jazz, fusion, funk and more over the decades. He has received a GRAMMY and 19 nominations and has a staggering number of collaborations behind him – with Pink Floyd, Herbie Hancock, Steely Dan and Chick Corea, among others.

Ritenour was also a co-founder of the pioneering fusion group Fourplay and can now look back on more than 40 albums under his own name, as well as contributions to more than 3000 sessions across a multitude of genres. His 50th anniversary album 6 String Theory also featured guest appearances by Steve Lukather, Neal Schon, John Scofield, Slash, Mike Stern, George Benson and BB King.

Det er blevet til en tradition at The Elvis Concert gæster på Bremen én gang årligt, og vi ved at mange glæder sig til det. Hver gang er en stemning ud over det sædvanlige.

En af grundene er uden tvivl den karismatiske Dwight Icenhower (USA), som ingen andre personificerer han Elvis. Dwight rammer i den grad essensen af manden, at det er som om kongen selv fyrer den af på scenen. Dwight har vundet 'Verdens Bedste Elvis Tribute Artist' fem gange, og selv Elvis' venner og musikere er imponerede - heriblandt ex-konen Priscilla Presley.

Ibrahim Maalouf lights up a huge party at Bremen Theatre
Over the past 15 years, the French/Lebanese Ibrahim Maalouf has made a name for himself in France and on the international stage with more than 19 albums under his belt, two Grammy nominations and a title as winner of the world's largest international classical trumpet competitions. Maalouf has also collaborated and performed with names such as Sting, A$AP Rocky, Angélique Kidjo, Melody Gardot, Kronos Quartet, Salif Keita, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Jacob Collier, Josh Groban, Marcus Miller and many more, while Jon Batiste introduced him as a living legend when they performed together on Stephen Colbert.

Grammy-winning Judith Hill takes over Bremen with an explosive soul/funk party
Originally from Hollywood and with Prince as a mentor, Judith Hill has collaborated with Prince, Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder, whom she merges into her explosive mix of soul, funk, rock, R&B and pop – a musical whirlwind that has secured her a Grammy and great praise from media such as SPIN , Rolling Stone , Entertainment Tonight and V Magazine .

Since her big breakthrough, Hill has sung a duet with Michael Jackson on the This Is It tour, toured with Elton John, Carole King and Ringo Starr, and has taken over stages all over the world with her breathtaking shows – which have also brought her to Denmark several times.
