Isabelle van Keulen is a sought-after Dutch violinist, known for her enthusiastic musicianship and musical quality. This evening she will be the guest conductor of the Jönköping Sinfonietta in a truly classical program featuring Mozart's Symphony No. 35, Elgar's String Serenade and Beethoven's Violin Concerto.

Isabelle had her international breakthrough in 1984 when she won  the Eurovision Young Musician of the Year,  a competition watched by millions of television viewers in Europe. Since then, she has had a brilliant career and has played with many leading orchestras, including the Norwegian Chamber Orchestra. Since 2012, she has been professor of violin, viola and chamber music at the Lucerne University of the Arts.
