The performance is about a Sweden where we can boast about our own solidarity but still not see the person sleeping on the ground next to us.
The play is written by Stina Oscarson and is based on her own experiences in the summer of 2024. Stina has collaborated with De Profundis Teater since the beginning and has been an important inspiration in shaping our activities. She also wrote our first play “The Great Book Circle - Our Only Life” which premiered in Stockholm in November 2021.

The Power Plant Princess is the third part of a trilogy about reconciliation where Stina wanted to write about her own struggle to reconcile with the feeling of having ruined her life. It ended up in a text about wanting to live, about wanting to love despite everything. We will gratefully do everything we can to fulfill Stina's wish and mission to portray and spread this play.
