Who doesn't know him? Sir Charles Spencer Chaplin, or Charlie Chaplin for short. He is arguably the most famous comedian in the world. When he received an honorary Oscar for lifetime achievement in Hollywood in 1972, the audience applauded for a full twelve minutes. We are honoring Charlie Chaplin this season with three different film concerts.
