A musical comedy about the most common way of finding a partner in our time: online dating. A delightful, touching and funny story about finding true love.
The story takes place in the early 2000s when online dating has become widespread and singles Frank and Carol discover that romance is just a mouse click away. Via the site eLove.com, they are matched with each other and begin online dating.

At home at their laptops, behind their aliases in the dating site's chat rooms, they dare to open up and share their innermost thoughts with each other. They talk about their ex's shortcomings, talk about relationships and feelings and get closer and closer to each other.

This is a story about a society that refused to give up. A fight for more than a dairy product – about identity, pride and faith in the future. The marriage between Hildegard and Jörgen has probably been strained even before the strip club came to the village. But now! No one is left untouched by this incredible addition to the entertainment scene, who is for it and who is against it? As if that weren't enough, Näcken herself is roaming the edge of the forest.

The frustrated Hildegard, played by Anna Blomberg, has her life turned upside down. When she and the dancer Jessica chase the mysterious Näcken, not only does an unexpected friendship arise. She also realizes that the secret she has been carrying will soon be exposed.

In the middle of a small town, everyday life, dreams and longing meet. In Hildegard and Jörgen's combined living room and foot care salon, life goes on in all its quiet confusion, while the new entertainment establishment lures with glamour and promises of something more. And out in the forest, Näcken keeps vigil between nightmare and daydream, between allure and danger.

It is about being able to trust each other, about volunteering and working hard. It is about the will to make a difference and about moments you never forget. But also about what we are prepared to do to be part of the group, and how we must live with our decisions – and about dealing with the great challenge afterwards – of becoming a “civilian” among others.

Finally, the National Theatre is going to make the classic Nils Holgersson's wonderful journey through Sweden ! Not only that - they have managed to cast the main role with Nils Holgersson himself, who has now turned 120! But when Nils is to make his entrance, he suddenly does not appear - he has disappeared without a trace. But the show must go on, the audience has arrived. In his absence, the ensemble begins to stage what they remember of the story and the choreographies and forgotten numbers that were deleted long ago. It turns out that the props in the set have been replaced, that the audience is not just an audience and that the doors to the backstage are open. People from the local area come in.

Queer love in the time of resistance

In “Just Another Name for Light,” Donna Donna Teater creates a stage space where Mikael and Ethel’s love unfolds at the intersection of desire, identity, and limiting conditions.

On stage, the story grows through Eddie Mio Larson’s intense portrayal of Mikael, who moves between memory and confession. Time and space merge as Mikael recounts the encounter with Ethel and the love that both lifts and tears apart.

It is a story about queer love in history – but it speaks more broadly than that. Here is the universal experience of love that is not allowed, of relationships that are broken down by social conditions rather than feelings. Class, gender, culture, religion, body – all the obstacles that throughout history and even today make it difficult to take for granted: that two people want to share a life.

The performance is a sensory and sparkling dance experience in the wondrous world of fungi that wants to awaken joy, community and togetherness. We let movements travel between dancers and audience, like a network of mycelium, and the audience becomes part of the performance from the start.

Language of Fungi wants to inspire further work on questions about nature, the environment and togetherness.

Oskar Humlebo, better known as Moto Boy, would like to believe that in his early career he inspired Elizabeth Grant to become her alter ego Lana Del Rey.

Whether this is true remains to be seen, but it is clear that Lana Del Rey has strongly influenced Oskar Humlebo. "Since Elizabeth Fraser, she is the artist and singer who has touched me the most, and I have followed her fantastic career since 'Video Games' had a few thousand views on Youtube". With this concert, Moto Boy, together on stage with Pikko (Petra Fors), wants to pay tribute to Lana Del Rey's repertoire and artistry with their own interpretations of a selection of her songs. It will be a stripped-down and passionate homage to one of the most interesting artists of our time.
