A musical comedy about the most common way of finding a partner in our time: online dating. A delightful, touching and funny story about finding true love.
The story takes place in the early 2000s when online dating has become widespread and singles Frank and Carol discover that romance is just a mouse click away. Via the site eLove.com, they are matched with each other and begin online dating.

At home at their laptops, behind their aliases in the dating site's chat rooms, they dare to open up and share their innermost thoughts with each other. They talk about their ex's shortcomings, talk about relationships and feelings and get closer and closer to each other.

The marriage between Hildegard and Jörgen has probably been strained even before the strip club came to the village. But now! No one is left untouched by this incredible addition to the entertainment scene, who is for it and who is against it? As if that weren't enough, Näcken herself is roaming the edge of the forest.

The frustrated Hildegard, played by Anna Blomberg, has her life turned upside down. When she and the dancer Jessica chase the mysterious Näcken, not only does an unexpected friendship arise. She also realizes that the secret she has been carrying will soon be exposed.

In the middle of a small town, everyday life, dreams and longing meet. In Hildegard and Jörgen's combined living room and foot care salon, life goes on in all its quiet confusion, while the new entertainment establishment lures with glamour and promises of something more. And out in the forest, Näcken keeps vigil between nightmare and daydream, between allure and danger.

The Norrdan ensemble is thrown into this stream, carried by its inexorable power, falling, rising, breathing in unison. Here, rhythm becomes a universal alphabet. It unites us into one body, one room, one now. Rhythm is not just a simple accompaniment, but a language of its own. Rhythm is always there. It is in the music, in the footsteps, in the room, in the breath. Rhythm is a feeling.

They are among us, but few have heard their stories. In The Veterans we meet the Swedish soldiers who served in the war in Afghanistan.
 
It is about being able to trust each other, about volunteering and working hard. It is about the will to make a difference and about moments you never forget. But also about what we are prepared to do to be part of the group, and how we must live with our decisions – and about dealing with the great challenge afterwards – of becoming a “civilian” among others.

Rut & Ragnar , by Kristina Lugn, was originally written for our theatre director Gunilla Röör and Allan Edwall. Life got in the way and the play never reached its premiere. But now it's time! Spring 2026 will be Gunilla's last as theatre director, and there is no better farewell than touring the county with the play she finally gets to perform!

Finally, the National Theatre is going to make the classic Nils Holgersson's wonderful journey through Sweden ! Not only that - they have managed to cast the main role with Nils Holgersson himself, who has now turned 120! But when Nils is to make his entrance, he suddenly does not appear - he has disappeared without a trace. But the show must go on, the audience has arrived. In his absence, the ensemble begins to stage what they remember of the story and the choreographies and forgotten numbers that were deleted long ago. It turns out that the props in the set have been replaced, that the audience is not just an audience and that the doors to the backstage are open. People from the local area come in.

Shakespeare's merchant at a new address, where deafness is the norm.
In this free interpretation of The Merchant of Venice , Riksteatern Crea places the action on the island of Martha's Vineyard in the USA, a hundred years in the future. By this time, the digital world has collapsed and an alternative society has emerged on the island. A group of deaf idealists have settled there and built a community based on solidarity and self-sufficiency. But it is not long before power games and greed challenge the idyll.
The merchant Antonio lends money to his careless friend Bassanio to help him charm the delightful Portia. But the money actually comes from the hearing loan shark Sjölund. When Antonio cannot pay back on time, a dramatic trial begins, where lives and justice are at stake.

In the choreographer duo OR/ELLER’s new work, we meet six young dancers who embody the teenage roar in a powerful and captivating performance. We sit around the stage and feel the breeze from their bodies. A chance to experience what the proximity to dance awakens in us.

Get to know the founder of Erikshjälpen, Erik Nilsson, and his fascinating life story in a story about daring to believe when no one else does. A musical theater about a young man with hemophilia who survives against all odds and manages to start an aid organization.

Uncle Erik is a touching musical drama based on Erik Nilsson's short but eventful life. It is the 1940s and in a hospital, a seriously ill and lonely boy dreams of making a difference, even though no one sees how he could manage anything at all. He will eventually lay the foundation for one of the country's largest aid organizations, but behind the success was a son, a husband and a father who dedicated his life to helping others when he could barely take care of himself. Everyone knows about Erikshjälpen, but who was Erik really?

Social satire on speed is what it becomes when Johanna Lazcano takes on the roles of contemporary ideological key figures: an influencer, a special education teacher and a sex counselor.

Meet Filippa von Sère who wants to save the earth through electricity-free skin care consumption, Yolanda del Toro who wants feminists to give men back their lost cojones and the kind special education teacher Eva who suffers from post-colonial stress syndrome when she tries to organize the school's anti-racist Lucia procession.

Dún Aengus, a duo consisting of Peter Andersson and Martin Rahmberg. The band's name comes from an old stone fort on the island of Inishmore just off the west coast of Ireland. We both sing and Martin plays guitar and Peter tenor banjo. Dún Aengus has a rich repertoire of Irish melodies and songs.
