Discover Jazz: The Sounds of Brazil
More details
Brazilian music and artistry have a long and storied relationship within American jazz. For this spring series, we amplify the eras and artists who shaped some of Brazil’s most enduring sounds—from the roots of samba to the global phenomenon of jazz-infused bossa nova and beyond. This spring we highlight a musical marriage that has stood the test of time and given us plenty of reason to sing, dance and rejoice.
