A Celebration of Martin Bresnick
More details
Faculty colleagues gather to honor Martin Bresnick — celebrating his prolific 60+ year career, more than four decades at YSM, and upcoming retirement. This tribute concert showcases a singular voice whose music has been described as “sublime, with exquisite craft, an ear and heart for the beautiful, and a transparent, graceful and unselfconscious connection to the common musical materials all around us" (The Big City).
