She’s the daughter of country music legend Mel Tillis and multi-media artist Doris Tillis. Artists in country, R&B, bluegrass and rock have covered her original compositions. Additionally, she’s an actor with a long list of film, TV and stage credits. However, Pam Tillis sidestepped any notions of nepotism and other “isms” that women in show business often face. Then, she carved out her own unique space as an entertainer.
