The world-famous Georgian National Ballet "Sukhishvili" will perform in the US to share with you a remarkable date - its 80th anniversary! To mark this occasion, a series of performances, exhibitions and other events will take place around the world throughout the year, giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the heritage of "Sukhishvili" and pay tribute to the incredible dance company that has become the face of Georgia. Despite modern elements and new ideas, "Sukhishvili" performances are always based on traditional Georgian dance, with its inherent intricate movements, colorful costumes and powerful storytelling.

Shakti" class="css-u850">Shakti presents a re-imagination of Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker. A Christmas story, the Nutcracker over the years, both in North America and Europe, has taken so many avatars in its presentation, format, music and choreography. Shakti in Los Angeles has given it a unique twist as Naatucracker-The Dancing Nut. Visualized in the exquisite dance form of India, Bharata Natyam, choreographer Viji Prakash has placed the story in a young girls unbridled imagination, where horses fly, snowflakes dance, oceans sing, and sweet treats are a world of their own.
