Kenny Metcalf: A La Mirada native, performed at the La Mirada Performing Arts Center in 1977 in the first talent show hosted in the new theater. Returned in 1978 to be the special guest band for the next talent show, for a 30-minute showcase. Original touring keyboardist for Stryper ( La Mirada Band ) 1985-86 tours and current “frontman” for the tribute show “Kenny Metcalf as Elton”.
