This year’s Spring Serenade features Copland’s luminous Appalachian Spring Suite, a timeless ode to hope and renewal, alongside Mendelssohn’s vibrant Sinfonia X for strings. Acclaimed guest artists Daniel Andai (violin) and Ciro Fodere (piano) take center stage in Mendelssohn’s Double Concerto, a rare gem of youthful brilliance. Rounding out the program is the sweeping romanticism of Elgar’s Serenade for Strings. A captivating chamber concert sure to stir the soul.
