Experience Mendelssohn’s awe of Scotland’s stunning Hebrides Islands with his “Fingal’s Cave”. Then admire man-made wonders with Hailstork’s Sonata da Chiesa, which reflects the composer’s fascination with cathedrals. This free concert ends with Daniel Myssyk conducting the orchestra in Schubert’s unfinished Seventh Symphony.
