The Grossman Ensemble, comprising “some of the best contemporary players in the city” (Chicago Reader), takes the stage for its first concert of the 22-23 season. Oliver Hagen leads the Ensemble in the world premiere of four new works created through the group’s unique collaborative workshopping process. The program includes new music by composers Eliza Brown, Jay Alan Yim, Maria Kaoutzani, and Aaron Travers.
