Pianist Han Chen performs his Infinite Staircase commissioning project September 24 at National Sawdust in Brooklyn. It features 18 contemporary composers, including Nick Bentz (BM ’17, Violin and Composition; MM ’18, Violin), who were paired with one of Gyorgy Ligeti’s 18 Piano Études as a starting point from which to create new works.
