Pianist Seong-Jin Cho will make his Spivey Hall debut in 2025. Winner of the 2015 International Chopin Piano Competition, Cho has matured into an artist of great depth whose performances are a masterclass in musicality, where every note carries a sense of thoughtfulness, passion, and devotion to the music. Now established worldwide as one of the leading pianists of his generation and the most distinctive artists on the current music scene, Cho’s artistry resonates deeply with audiences, drawing them into an immersive experience that reflects both his virtuosity and his profound musical insight.

Known for his striking vocal flexibility and ability to seamlessly navigate classical and contemporary repertoire, John Holiday is redefining the possibilities of the countertenor voice. His performances are known for their breathtaking purity and richness, captivating audiences with his deep, resonant tone and expressive phrasing, delivering unmatched emotional depth and technical brilliance to every piece he sings.

Returning to Spivey Hall after many years, Vincent Dubois is the titular organist at the Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris, France, where he serves alongside Olivier Latry and Philippe Lefebvre.  He is also a professor of organ interpretation and improvisation at the Hochschule für Musik, Saarbrücken, Germany. Dubois’ interpretations of the French organ tradition, particularly the works of composers like Franck, Widor, and Vierne, are revered for their precision and emotional depth. His dynamic performances, often marked by intricate phrasing and rich tonal colors, have earned him international acclaim, making him one of the most prominent organists of his generation.

The concert will feature the Spivey Hall Young Artists, the Children’s Choir, and the Tour Choir. This cherished program is made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Walter and Emilie Spivey Foundation and Clayton State University.
