Cosmic Worlds

Join us for an interstellar musical journey with the Owensboro Symphony's "Cosmic Worlds" concert, a highlight of the 2024-2025 Season. This celestial celebration is set to take place on April 19, 2025, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the RiverPark Center, located at 101 Daviess St, Owensboro, KY 42303.

Prepare for a cosmic adventure that will take you beyond the stars with John Williams' enchanting music from E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial and Franz Waxman's captivating A Place in the Sun Suite, featuring the legendary saxophonist Kenneth Radnofsky. The season finale will also include Gustav Holst's epic suite, The Planets, launching the Owensboro Symphony into an exhilarating 60th Season with a bang.

The evening will begin with an insightful "Behind the Music" talk at 6:15 p.m., offering a deeper understanding of the night's repertoire before the concert commences at 7:00 p.m.
