Immerse yourself in the Wild West with this inventive staging of Donizetti’s classic romantic comedy! Nemorino, a lovestruck but hapless farmer, pines for the wealthy, witty Adina— but Adina seems more interested in boastful Sargeant Belcore. Enter “Doctor” Dulcamara, who promises that Adina’s heart will be Nemorino’s with a few swallows of a magical love potion. Will the elixir work? Will love triumph? Or is Nemorino just, well… love-drunk?
