Euan Shields, winner of the 2023 Siemens-Hallé International Conductors Competition and Director of the Hallé Youth Orchestra, enters his second year in post. This concert will showcase the flourishing relationship between him and these outstanding young instrumentalists. Supported by professional musicians, the Youth Orchestra offers members the chance to experience the buzz of contributing to a large ensemble.
