In "Charred in the Florida Sun," Jimmy Fantin opens Fantini’s New Haven Style Apizza in the small coastal town of Stuart, Florida. With the support of loyal Connecticut snowbirds and a rave review from One Bite’s Dave Portnoy, Fantini’s quickly becomes a hub for pizza lovers, with enthusiasts driving from miles away to taste Jimmy’s charred, thin-crusted pies.
