The American pianist Jonathan Biss is often highlighted as one of the foremost interpreters of Ludwig van Beethoven's music. In this concert we get to experience the youthful Second Piano Concerto. But first, Timo Andre's piano piece The Blind Banister written for Biss to perform as a pendang to Beethoven's Piano Concerto. The conductor and violinist Pekka Kuusisto also leads the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra in the American composer Missy Maz...
